Cabot Consultants has been an instrumental partner in providing executive search of ten sales leaders over duration of time to support the company’s growth.

Approach:

Talent Advisor Group’s goal is to build long-term relationship with our clients to understand their business, goals, and executives to provide leadership to drive growth and transformation. We meets with the senior leadership team to understand the business growth, experience and leadership skills required, and identify target industries/companies. Talent Advisor Group conducts innovative research to develop a pipeline of candidates and thorough interview to understand candidates experience and leadership skills that is not listed on their resumes. 

We meet weekly to with the client to share candidates’ profiles, provide an overview of job market trends, and discuss action items and next steps. The candidate funnels consist of a shortlist of 7 to 10 qualified candidates presented, 5-7 candidates interviewed, and top 3 candidates are in the final stage. The average time to fill for executive positions is 90 days.

Case Study:

Not-for-profit Credit Union

Overview:

A not-for-profit credit union exclusively serving the military, veterans, and their families. The organization is looking for people who not only want to do meaningful, challenging work, keep their skills sharp and move ahead, but who also take time for the things that matter to them. The client was looking to build-out their enterprise risk function and retained us to search for a VP of Enterprise Risk Management executive with a goal to include diverse sales of candidates.

Approach:

Talent Advisor Group partner with client stakeholders to deliver an inclusive recruiting experience, demonstrate commitment through transparency and actions, and expand recruiting channels to improve access to diverse talent pools. Partner with the client to develop a process that is free from bias for or against any individual or group of candidates. Within 3-4 weeks, we typically have proactively contacted 75+ potential candidates and 150+ over the course of the search.

Result:

Talent Advisor Group successfully created a strong slate of candidates with half of the talent consisting of diverse candidates. Along with Cabot Consultants, we facilitated and communicated an effective recruiting process and ultimately a female candidate was selected.

Global Product Software Company

Overview:

A global product software company that provides solutions to help education institutions thrive in an open and dynamic world. The company delivers a broad portfolio of technology solutions developed in collaboration with a global education community and provides strategic guidance to help education institutions of all kinds navigate change, achieve greater transparency, and drive efficiencies. The company retained Talent Advisor Group in partnership with Cabot Consultants to recruiting for an SVP of Product Management Operations. This role is responsible for driving the day to day execution of product management initiatives, champion and implement process improvements to ensure that projects are implemented with increased success rates (time, cost and quality) and efficiencies through enhanced and repeatable processes/governance. 

Approach:

Talent Advisor Group meets with the senior leadership team to understand the business growth, experience and leadership skills required, and identify target industries/companies. We successfully developed a shortlist of 6 well-qualified candidates. The client planned to attend a conference with other senior leaders requested to fly all the candidates to the conference location to meet with all the senior leaders at one time. Together, we successfully coordinated and confirmed travel and hotel arrangements for 6 candidates to interview with all the senior leaders at the conference location.

Result:

The client was able to interview 6 well-qualified candidates at one time and decided to hire two candidates to fill the original SVP Product Management Operations and a newly created R&D PMO position.
