As the Founder of Talent Advisor Group, I am passionate about attracting and hiring the top talent that fuels businesses to grow and reach their goals. I do this by transforming the recruiting functions of mid to large-sized companies by optimizing processes, systems, tools, and people to hire hard-to-fill talent.
Working as a talent acquisition leader in the technology sector for 15 years, I have transformed recruiting functions for mid-size to Fortune 500 companies to help them meet their goals. I have extensive experience placing emerging leader and executive talent, working with C-level and board leadership across many industries, with a focus on technology.
Prior to partnering with DHR, I was a Partner with Cabot Consultants, a five-time Forbes Best Executive Recruiting Firm, which joined the Jobplex platform in 2022. Earlier, I was senior director of global talent acquisition for Deltek and Ellucian, providing executive recruiting in sales, marketing, research and development, and other corporate functions.
My approach is to research and develop recruiting strategies to attract talent in technology, sales and marketing, and product/services talents in both domestically and globally. My core strength is my ability to align the talent acquisition function with the business and human capital My goal is to understand each client’s unique needs and provide recommendations that work effectively with their culture and values. I never use a cookie cutter approach, because I understand that is the quickest way to fall short.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in consumer economics at University of Maryland and a Master of Science in personnel and human resources at American University.
